| Usage · Dosage |
The minimum recommended amount of this drug should be adjusted according to the patient and can be medicate with or without meals . ○ Adult 1. Osteoarthritis ( degenerative arthritis ): Take once a day, or 2 times a day 100mg at a time. 2. Rheumatoid arthritis : Take 100 mg or 200 mg twice a day . 3. Ankylosing spondylitis (AS ): Medicate once a day or twice a day with 100mg at a time . If no effect is observed after 6 weeks, up to 400 mg per day may be medicated . 4 . Acute pain and primary dysmenorrhea : The initial recommended dose is 400 mg of celecoxib, and if necessary, an additional 200 mg can be medicate on the first day. ○ Patients with hepatic impairment patients with moderate hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh Class II) , the dose should be reduced to approximately 50% of the recommended daily dose . |
