| Usage · Dosage |
Adult : 125mg as Terbinafine, twice daily or 250mg, once daily. Pediatric : Children over 2 years. Administration to children under 2 years is not recommended as they have no experience in administration. Renal impairment : For patients with creatinine clearance less than 50 mL/min, reduce the daily dose by half |
