| Usage · Dosage |
1. In case of acute exacerbation of osteoarthritis ( degenerative arthritis ) : ○ Adult : Medicate once a day of Meloxicam 7.5mg orally. If symptoms do not improve, the dose may be increased to 15 mg per day as needed . 2. Rheumatoid arthritis , ankylosing spondylitis : ○ Adult : Medicate 15 mg of this drug orally once a day . Depending on the response to treatment, the dose may be reduced to 7.5 mg / day . This drug should not be medicated in excess of 15 mg per day and should be taken with water or other beverages during meals . ○ For the elderly or those who are at high risk of adverse reactions, Treatment is usually started at a dose of 7.5 mg per day . ○ Patients with severe kidney failure who have undergone hemodialysis should not take more than 7.5 mg per day . |
