Take orally regardless of food 2 times a day, half of the total daily dose at a time. 1. Neuropathic Pain 1) Peripheral Neuropathic Pain ○ Adults : Start 150 mg per day , increase to 300 mg per day after 3 to 7 days , thereafter, the dose can be increased to a maximum of 600mg per day at 7-day intervals. 2) central neuropathic pain ○ Adults : Start 150 mg per day , increase to 300 mg per day after one week , thereafter, the dose can be increaseed to the target daily dose, 600 mg per day after a week. |
