1. Epilepsy
1) Monotherapy (including treatment for patients newly diagnosed with seizures): simple/complex partial seizures with
or without secondary systemic symptoms in adolescents or adults over 13 years of age
2) Additive therapy: Partial seizures with or without secondary systemic symptoms in children over 3 years of age or adults
 
2. Neuropathic pain

Usage · Dosage
1. Epilepsy
1) Monotherapy and adjunctive therapy for patients 13 years of age or older
Step-wise titration is performed over the first 3 days of dosing as follows to achieve a maintenance dose of 900 mg/day as gabapentin.
2) Additive therapy for children aged 3 to 12 years
Stepwise titration to a maintenance dose of 30 mg/kg body weight as gabapentin is performed over the first 3 days of administration as follows.

2. Neuropathic pain
Adults (18 years and older): Step-by-step titration to a maintenance dose of 900 mg/day as gabapentin is performed over the first 3 days of administration as follows.

3. the weak : In patients with low body weight or after transplantation, the gabapentin dose should be increased in 100 mg increments.

4. Elderly : Dose adjustment may be necessary due to deterioration of renal function due to old age (see table).

5. Patients with renal dysfunction (creatinine clearance less than 80 mL/min) or patients undergoing hemodialysis : Dose adjustment is necessary based on the following table.
